Experience Istanbul at its finest

They are truly outstanding: exceptional service and incredibly responsive. Dealing with them is so easy that it makes you want to come back. The drivers are genuinely great. Aref was more than wonderful, polite and respectful, and Sahar was helpful beyond measure. Thank you from the heart!

A truly special experience with Aşk Tourism, especially with Ms. Sahar, who was always responsive to us throughout the day. We asked her to find a suitable apartment and she immediately sent us what was available in the best locations in Istanbul. I booked for two days, thinking I might not like the location or the standard of the apartment, but honestly I could not leave and stayed for almost two weeks. The apartment was very beautiful, the view even more so, and best of all the metro station was right under the hotel. I recommend their services; they are more trustworthy than I imagined: she booked for us without asking for any payment, and I only paid the rent on the second day. I also won't forget that she gave us information about tourist sites even though it wasn't expected of her; she was our reference whenever we wanted to ask about anything in Istanbul.

I have been dealing with this company for three years, and every time I visit Istanbul I book with them. Honestly, they stand out for their professionalism, punctuality, good manners and excellent organisation. I have taken many trips with them inside and outside Istanbul, and they always had great suggestions for the best entertainment spots, markets, restaurants, cafés and breakfast places, as well as special places like the Forbidden Love House and other beautiful destinations. I recommend them with full confidence, especially for first-time visitors to Istanbul or anyone who wants to enjoy their trip without the hassle of planning. Sahar is one of the most professional people I know.

A heartfelt thank you to Aşk Tourism & Travel for their outstanding professionalism, exceptional service, and genuine care throughout our journey. Every detail was handled with excellence, making our trip smooth, enjoyable, and truly unforgettable. I highly recommend their services and wish them continued success. We look forward to traveling with them again.

Honestly one of the best companies I have rented a car from in Türkiye. Special thanks to Ms. Sahar and Mr. Abdulkadir for a refined and respectful service in every sense of the word. (I picked the car up in Istanbul and returned it in Trabzon; it was a new, current-year model.) God willing, this will not be my last time dealing with them.

Masha'Allah, we enjoyed the trip so much, especially with Ms. Sahar: she was very refined, handled everything masterfully and arranged it all perfectly. May God reward her.

We requested a driver from them in Istanbul, and honestly the service was wonderful. They were always available; whenever we needed anything they responded right away. They gave us a driver who speaks Arabic, with an excellent, spacious and clean car, and who was understanding, well-meaning and polite. I recommend dealing with them.

One of the best companies across Türkiye: very refined and fast service, and they provide everything you need in Türkiye in general. Thank you.

A thank-you message to the "Aşk İstanbul" account: For their honesty with the customer and their real care for the customer's satisfaction rather than taking advantage of them. They kept their word and the booking was exactly as agreed beforehand, and they insisted on us receiving the rooms before receiving the payment. Frankly, you will be my first choice on my next trips, and I recommend everyone to deal with you. A thousand thanks.

One of the best tour company in turkey , they are so honest , helpful and have the best tour services in turkey, I thank them and wish them all the best ..

I have been working with Aşk İstanbul for about four years, and honestly every experience with them has been excellent and comfortable. I made several bookings through them in Istanbul, Trabzon and Uzungöl; the stays were always well organised and distinguished, and the hotel choices were consistently spot on. I also tried their car rental services, both chauffeur-driven and self-drive, and everything was organised, clear and seamless from the booking to the end of the trip. Special thanks to Ms. Sahar, the company manager: a very refined and professional person who follows the details closely and always makes sure the client is comfortable and satisfied. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable travel agency with guaranteed service in Türkiye.

One of the finest companies in terms of manners, speed of communication and service. Special thanks to Ms. Sahar: wonderful, gracious and refined in her dealings. I recommend working with their company. Thank you very much, and I will certainly work with you again.

A travel agency that deserves more than any rating. Ms. Sahar provided me with every comfort, ease and convenience. May God grant her abundantly. The very peak of refinement and good manners.

I dealt with the elegant Ms. Sahar, a Turkish lady who speaks fluent Arabic. She made my hotel bookings professionally, and I paid her on the last day of my stay. A comfortable, refined and safe experience. Thank you, Ms. Sahar. She has excellent options and is worth dealing with for her reliability. Best of luck.

We dealt with Ms. Sahar and she spared no effort for us, may God reward her with every good. Refined service, and she provides everything a tourist needs, from hotel bookings to cars with or without a driver. Get in touch with the Aşk İstanbul office and they will sort out all your bookings. Thank you, Ms. Sahar.

I dealt with Ms. Sahar (a Turkish lady who speaks Arabic). I told her I would arrive the next day, and she went out of her way to arrange hotel apartments for me even though it was summer and peak season. When I told her the apartment had some issues, she found me an alternative the same day and told me to go and see it and not to unpack unless I liked the place. Honestly, excellent manners and a top-level service. On top of that, she did not ask for payment until the last day, and when I had a problem with the bank transfer she said: 'Once you are back home, send the money to this account number.' Frankly, I have made them my travel advisors in Türkiye.

I dealt with the company and rented a car for 7 days. To be honest, their car was new and clean, and their service was excellent and refined, especially Ms. Sahar.

Excellent service and punctuality. Ms. Sahar is responsive in every matter and very patient; frankly, words fail to describe her manners, her taste, her kind treatment and how she makes difficult things easy.
